Concerning: OptiVend 3 (TS), 4 (TS), 1 (TS/TL), HS, HS DUO

Complaint: pollution canister outlet by instant coffee
When preparing several coffee jugs in a row in some cases the mixer is not sufficiently extracted leaving instant product on the outlet.

Short term solution:
There is a conversion kit available which optimize the ventilation system.

Long term solution:
During 2010, all wide OptiVend models wil be standard executed with the improved ventilation system.
