Management succession with reference to early retirement of Mr. J. Wiggers
06-03-09On behalf of her shareholder Schansborgh B.V., Animo would like to inform you that her managing director Mr. Jack Wiggers will make use of his early retirement. On April 1st he will officially leave our company after almost 39 years.
Animo was taken over in 2007 by Schansborgh, so we as shareholders look back on a short period of cooperation. Nevertheless, from our side a great compliment is justified concerning the way Mr. Wiggers managed the change within Animo and how he expanded the company. Not only the last years, but certainly also under his leadership before. We very much appreciate his enthusiasm and great personal dedication during those 39 years!
Meanwhile Mr. Wilfred Middel is appointed as Mr. Wiggers successor. He started last February and will take over all Mr. Wiggers tasks as of March 23rd.
On behalf of Mr. Wiggers we would like to thank you very much for the pleasant cooperation and support that both he and Animo received from you in the past and we trust Mr. Middel can count on this in the future as well.
